Able Care Transportation is looking for a Patient transport specialists needed for Non-Emergency Medical Transport (NEMT) Company. Specialists are responsible for providing safe, efficient, and quality transportation services to patients in a wheelchair or stretcher. Specialists must have compassion/empathy for others, have loyalty to a team, be hard working, positive, dedicated, and reliable. Specialists must be looking for meaningful and fulfilling work with an opportunity to make a difference for clients. High school diploma or GED. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. Must pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen test, pass a physical fitness test with lifting requirements of 150-200lbs, and pass a background check. Applicants must have a clean driving record. Applicants should be flexible in schedule. Position is 2-3 days a week with opportunity for full time hours, between the hours of 6:00 AM- 6:00 PM.
